This Privacy Policy explains how Bhorus Studio (“Bhorus Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and applications, including Cracked (collectively, the “Services”).
Information we collect
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account information. If you create an account, we collect an identifier such as an email address and any profile details you choose to provide.
- Activity data. In Cracked, this includes workouts you log, quests you complete, streak history, and similar fitness-related progress data you create inside the app.
- Device and diagnostic data. Basic device information (model, OS version, language), anonymous usage events, and crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve the product.
- Communications. If you email us for support, we keep the contents of that email so we can respond.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or health data unless you explicitly grant permission inside the app for a feature that needs it.
Camera and Face Data
Cracked does not use the Apple TrueDepth API and does not collect, store, or share face data or facial-geometry information. Camera access is used only for augmented-reality object placement and on-device exercise motion tracking.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To personalize your experience (for example, tailoring quests to your level inside Cracked).
- To diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and keep the Services secure.
- To respond to you when you contact us.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers. Trusted vendors that host our infrastructure, send transactional email, or provide analytics, acting on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal reasons. When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bhorus Studio, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If Bhorus Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us at privacy@bhorusstudios.ca.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@bhorusstudios.ca.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of material incidents when required.
International users
If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Services.
