• Subject line: please include “Cracked” so we can route your message quickly.

When emailing us, please include

• Your device model and iOS version (Settings › General › About).
• The app version (visible inside the app’s settings screen).
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• Screenshots or a screen recording, if relevant.
